ZacCope

Founder. AI builder. Every day.

I started my first business at 18 while travelling solo through South-East Asia. Now I run it on an AI system I built, I co-founded a streetwear brand in my first month at university, and I haven't missed a day's run since February 2024.

01The road

I said yes first. Then I learned how.

At 18, straight after my A levels, I flew to Bali on my own: the other side of the planet from anyone I knew.

Before I left, I'd told everyone back home that if their business needed anything doing online, I'd do it. A few people asked for websites. I'd never built one. So I learned on the road through Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam, delivered them, and used the money to keep travelling.

That trip became my business.

02The business

Z Cubed Digital

03The system

I run it on an AI system I built.

Z Hub runs both sides of the business. It finds small businesses that need help online, drafts a message for me to approve and has an AI agent design a preview website for them. Once they're clients, it tracks their rankings and analytics and gives each one a live results page.

Win clients

  1. 01 · Find

Facebook groups and Google Maps, watched for small businesses

  2. 02 · Qualify

Claude scores each one against the ideal customer

  3. 03 · Draft

A personalised message, follow-ups and a preview site

  4. 04 · Approve

A human yes; two taps to send

Deliver the work

  1. 01 · Measure

Daily analytics and weekly rankings for every client

  2. 02 · Review

Monthly AI keyword reviews, every change explained

  3. 03 · Report

A live results page each client can open any time

Inside Z Hub

Real screens. Real output.

A client's page with the rankings Z Hub checks every week, the walk-in shortlist that finds businesses with good reviews and no website, and a preview the AI agent built for one of them. Client figures and prospects' names are blurred.

How Z Hub works

04The brand

House of 22 Yards

In my first month at Tetr College of Business, five classmates and I started a cricket-inspired streetwear brand as our capstone. I built the store, worked with our manufacturers, helped with content and sold face to face.
